Copyright Policy
Reporting Claims of Copyright Infringement
Stackit Digital, Inc. respects the intellectual property of others, and expects its users to do the same. We will respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with applicable law. If you believe, in good faith, that any materials provided on or in connection with the use of the Service infringe upon your copyright or other intellectual property right, you may request removal of those materials by sending the following required information to Stackit Digital, Inc.'s Copyright Agent at: Stackit Digital, Inc., 2482 Oakshore Dr., Westlake village, CA 91361
- A description of the copyrighted work or other intellectual property that you claim has been infringed, including the URL (internet address) or other specific location on the Service where the material you claim is infringed is located. Include enough information to allow Stackit Digital, Inc. to locate the material, and explain why you think an infringement has taken place.
- A description of the location where the original or an authorized copy of the copyrighted work exists — for example, the URL (internet address) where it is posted or the name of the book in which it has been published
- Your address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright or intellectual property owner, its agent, or the law.
- The following statements:
“I have a good faith belief that use of the disputed material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.”
“I certify under penalty of perjury that the information in this complaint is accurate and that I am the copyright owner or am authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.
- A physical signature of the owner of the copyright or the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright interest.
Please be aware that if you knowingly materially misrepresent that certain material or activity is infringing your copyright, you may be held liable for damages (including costs and attorneys' fees) under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, or fill out this form.
Counter Notification Procedures
If you believe that the content was removed or access to it was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter notification with us (a "Counter Notice") by submitting a written notification to us. Pursuant to the DMCA, the Counter Notice must include substantially the following:
- Identification of the content that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the content appeared before it was removed or disabled.
- Your address, telephone number, and email address.
- The following statement: "I swear, under penalty of perjury, that I have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled."
- A statement that you will consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court located within the Central District of California and a statement that you will accept service of process from the person (or an agent of that person) who provided Stackit Digital, Inc. with the complaint at issue.
- A physical signature of the owner of the copyright or the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright interest.

Repeat Infringer Policy
It is our policy in appropriate circumstances to disable and/or terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.
